We are locavores. Did you know that California leads the nation in agricultural production with more than 200 different crops of fruit, vegetables, nuts, and grains? California is the birth place of the organic farming and slow food movements. Our mission is to deliver our customers the freshest food, done in the simplest way.
Our menu consists of 12-14 seasonally changing plates of comfort food. Our goal at 31st Union is to showcase the artisanship of brewers, winemakers, farmers and distillers who share our passion for food and drink. We have 6 red and 6 white keg wines on tap, 7 beers on draft and a full cocktail list.
The state is filled with purveyors of cheese, meats and produce who are passionate about quality, sustainability and being the master of their craft. We are inspired by and grateful to these purveyors who remind us that food is an art form.
